Hi David and Ron, Just wanted to say thanks again for a great week of beading at the TAFTA Forum in Geelong, Australia. My brain is buzzing with all the beading ideas which your teaching has given me. Not sure when I will ever get the time to put them all into action, but will certainly try. Hope you are having a great time in New Zealand.

Thinking of you guys! Love the blog so far. Isn’t it great how prophetic fortune cookies are? Bob Barker’s my man. I grew up watching the price is right. No one ever told me that it really doesn’t prepare you for life. Been a little inconsolable ever since. Can’t wait to see the next update. You guys are my heroes!
  5. I don't have a nickname! Says:
OK! Now I’m really put out. I don’t have a nickname like “Dame of Details” or “Genius Girl Monday” let alone the know-how to have a blog–I don’t think I know for sure what a blog even is! I thought it was something pirates drink while sailing the briny sea… Anyway, here I am, stuck in rainy Seattle, no nickname to call my own, no technological know-how and yet I am the one locked out of Bill Pay, bereft of the power of attorney and searching desperately for the lost IRS check!! Where is the glamour and recognition I so rightly deserve??? HUH? WHERE!!!! Love you but you’re making my hair turn gray. How many days ’til you come home, that’s what I wanna know!! Mommy, are we there yet? I have to pee!!! Kisses, Maureen

  7. Dashing Dorfee Says:
Dashing Dorfee misses you both terribly. It’s Friday here…pouring rain & VERY windy! No baby lambs though. The suspension bridge would have done me in…there would have been years of photos of “Dashing Dorfee that made it 1/2 way (almost)”.
  8. Lana Wilson Says:
Dear Ron and David, I am so vastly relieved that my house did not burn down. I am up in Berkeley with my kids but knew I had to be ready that I would lose everything. It didn’t happen so I feel wonderful but awful for the people who lost so much, 1,500 homes gone. I love your blog. What a fabulous trip. Delightful to read about. My goodness, you had to plan like crazy for this trip. When do you hear from Penland, Dec. is it??? Love and kisses, Lana
  9. Melanie Says:
I just want to know if Andrea from Canada is going to work with kids and elephants at the same time. It brings amusing images in my brain. I love all those merigold necklace offerings. Simone says hi.
  10. Melanie Says:
Thinking of you, David and Ron, on this Thanksgiving you will surely never forget. I am sending so much love, friends. Melanie
